Days Twenty-Eight, Twenty-Nine, and Thirty

Argh... procrastination, again. Sorry. It's been a busy weekend, but I've been having fun. Yesterday I found this craft online where you spray paint old picture frames covered in lace, so I had my aunt take me around to a couple thrift stores to find picture frames and lace, and to buy some spray paint. When we got home it was a bit too late in the day to start painting so I had to wait until today to start. But I'm pretty happy with how they turned out!

The first bit of actual parsley to die on my plant. Aww.

Some notes I took for a presentation in history

Part of a friend's payment for his girl scout cookies...

Taken on the way home from Hobby Lobby yesterday

In the distance you can see my orthodontist's office!

My first victim, before spray paint...

...and after. I don't know if I got a shot of it without the material... don't think I did...

I made a bigger mess on the driveway today.

A neighbor's friendly cat came to visit, driving the dogs insane...

But he's so sweet!

And he's kind of camera shy.

Love the shadow here

Yes, I wore shorts. It was almost 70 outside.

This frame turned out to be one of my favorites

This was the view from where I was sitting while painting. Our driveway slopes down pretty dramatically.

Ta-da! All of my frames, minus that yellow one...

I really love this one.

See, isn't it cool?

And plain pink, just because.

I don't really have anything else to say but I feel compelled to write something down here. Hmm... I did my laundry today. That was an adventure. I washed all my bedding and clothes. Yay for clean stuff. I even showered, so I myself am clean. Um... that's all. DFTBA! ^^

Day Twenty-Seven

The sun was out today and it was so beautiful! I even enjoyed my walk to health class, which is held in a portable. I went outside this afternoon to capture an image of the sun and I think I did a pretty good job with today's favorite picture: http://365project.org/browndog/365/2011-01-27

Meanwhile, here are the rest:

Taken before German class

Cute little magnets on the board in German. This says "You are wonderful."

My friend Abby is reading this. The guy on the cover looks like a creeper.

This was written in my friend Selina's notebook... I vaguely remember my sister writing like this a long time ago, or something similar to this.

Doesn't it look like I carved that in my hand? It's just highlighter. It means "Let the buyer beware."

My first shot of the sun

This little shed used to be my playhouse. Now it's storage.

On day twenty-two I had a picture of the exact same thing going down. I thought it'd be interesting to see it from the other angle.

This was nearly my favorite. I love how the water is both spraying and dripping.

This is Fritz, my mom's gnome

Fritz loves the woods

I didn't purposefully take this picture, it was an accidental shot

Our pine trees are ginormous.

Definitely in the top three; I had to lay down in a bunch of pine needles and leaves to take this one. I had to get my aunt to brush them off my back.

Hooray! Tomorrow is FRIDAY! Which is kind of weird for me, because yesterday soooo felt like Thursday and today soooo felt like Friday. And it's even weirder because I feel like it should be the end of summer/early fall, as I really wanted to go to marching band practice yesterday. Apparently I miss it just that much. I hope to get some interesting shots tomorrow. DFTBA!

Day Twenty-Six

I didn't take many pictures today either! And I promised to not put one up on my blog, because my friend is in it and she hates having her picture taken, and I deleted several sucky pictures, so... Oh well. Enjoy.

I love this picture. It's one of the patterns on the dress I wore today.

Look! I can wear my iPod Nano as a watch with the help of my DFTBA bracelet!

OMG my sister is watching Madeline!! I haven't seen that in forever!! Must end post and watch childhood show...

Day Twenty-Five

Not many pictures today as I forgot my memory card at home and my camera can only hold six pictures without it.

I thought about wearing this shirt. Maybe sometime this week.

An interesting angle of the band room

That's all. Sorry it's so short today. DFTBA! :)

Day Twenty-Four

Okay, so I managed to take quite a few pictures today. I accidentally uploaded before I meant to, so I'm having to switch my favorite picture on the project site. Here are the rest:

My breakfast: a peanut butter chocolate chip granola bar

Today's shoes

According to my German teacher, this is the only red pineapple in the entire world.

I absolutely love my science book. It's always so happy to see me!

A ballerina's credo

The view out of one of the windows in my English class

The view out of the other window

We had an honor roll party today. I made ONE B. If I'd bumped that 89 up, my ribbon would have been gold. Oh well.

My friend Keyshawn loved my hat ^^

My sister's friend's iPod

Okay does Edward not look like an absolute CREEPER here? My orthodontist has a bunch of movie star pictures up in the office and Rob just creeps me out every time.

Look! An award in front of a picture of someone receiving an award!

The pink is what I chose today.

A close-up

Yay pink! It's really cute.

This was originally my favorite, until a better one appeared...

An interesting angle of a cafeteria table

My reflection in the giant windows of the intermediate school's cafeteria, where we had the leader meeting

For some reason I love putting my hand up to reflective surfaces because I always believe it'll come out as a really cool picture. It rarely ever does.

I thought my friend's purse was really cute

Seriously? We have to label the restroom sign?

The windows of the main office were covered with these adorable hearts!

At least the pictures aren't all of the same thing. Hope you enjoyed! I'll try to be as good tomorrow. DFTBA!
